What we collect

When you download the free transformer commissioning pack, we collect the email address you provide. We don't collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal information through this form.

When you purchase the full toolkit, payment and delivery are handled entirely by Gumroad — we don't receive or store your card details, and Gumroad has its own privacy policy governing that transaction.

Why we collect it

• To deliver the free download you requested
• To send occasional emails about Hold Point — product updates, new resources, or related content. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email we send

We don't use your email for anything beyond this, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who processes your data

Your email is processed by the following third-party services, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes the form submission itself
• Mailchimp — stores your email address and sends any newsletter or update emails you receive

Both are established providers with their own security and privacy practices, which you can review on their respective websites.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we'll remove it from our systems within a reasonable time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent to future emails at any time (via the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us)

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Standard hosting logs (via Netlify) may record basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, used only for security and performance purposes.
